All queries and problems are handled by the iMobilise services and support network.   

Merchant Services and Assistance

  • iMobilise assists operators in preparing all documentation required that will allow them to  accept credit and debit card payments through the system installed in the vehicle as well as managing customer care and chargeback queries relating to all card processing that occurs.

Vehicle Media Advertising Services & Communications

  • iMobilise handle the launch and sale of advertising space available on the advertising loop on the cab media screen network. The operator is entitled to one 30 second advertising slot to promote his business on his cab network.

Drive-in & Drive Out Installation & Maintenance Support

  • iMobilise have workshops and approved agents set up in each region that the systems are distributed.  These workshops and agents, along with support staff, manage the installation, driver training and maintenance support for the systems.

Technical Call Centre Support

  • All terminals distributed into the market are supported by a call centre to trouble shoot queries on transactions and provide first-line hardware troubleshooting support to the operator whilst on the road
